The Jewellery Arts Institute of Taiwan hopes to utilize the power of vocational education to build a pool of diverse competitive strength for the Taiwan jewellery industry, and to ‘nurture talent, recommend talent, and retain talent’ for the jewellery industry. We believe that with this new vitality for the jewellery industry to participate, we can expect to lead the transformation and upgrading of the jewellery industry in Taiwan, successfully meeting the new challenges of the digital economy.

人才為企業之本。一個沒有人才的產業，是不會有未來的！

臺灣現行的教育體系並無設置珠寶專業學科，知識及技術傳承缺口，導致新生代不得其門而入，接續人才短缺，直接威脅臺灣珠寶產業的未來競爭力。有鑑於此，臺灣珠寶藝術學院於2010年11月11日正式成立。
