保羅．B．普雷西亞多（Paul B. Preciado, 1970-）生於西班牙布爾戈斯，為作家、哲學家、電影製作人，也是西方當代性別與身體政治的思想領袖之一。為法國藝術實驗中心Luma Arles Planetary Transition的創辦與策畫人。曾擔任卡塞爾（Kassel）／雅典（Athens）第14屆「文件展」（documenta）公共計畫策展人、2019威尼斯雙年展台灣館策展人、巴塞隆納當代藝術美術館的研究組組長。其著作做為酷兒、跨性別、非二元當代藝術與行動主義的關鍵參考書，包括《反性別宣言》（Counter-sexual Manifesto, Columbia University Press）、《睪固酮藥癮》（Testo Junkie, The Feminist Press）、《色情烏托邦》（Pornotopia, Zone Books）、《天王星公寓》（An Apartment in Uranus, Semiotexte and Fitzcarraldo）和《怪獸會說話嗎》（Can the Monster Speak, Semiotexte and Fitzcarraldo）。出生於西班牙，現居於巴黎。新書《Dysphoria Mundi》（Graywolf and Fitzcarraldo）將於2024年出版英文版。他的第一部在2023年柏林影展首映的電影《千面歐蘭朵》（Orlando: My political biography），曾獲得泰迪熊獎最佳LGBTQ紀錄片、電影邂逅評審團特別獎等四個獎項。
