台大外文系畢。法國巴黎第三大學（Sorbonne Nouvelle）語言與文化教學博士，現任國立高雄餐旅大學飲食文化研究所助理教授。研究專長為法國美食學、餐飲法文、葡萄酒文化及用語等。

Chien-wen TSAI is Assistant professor in Graduate Institute of Food Culture Study, National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism (Taiwan). She has a PhD in Language and Culture Teaching from University of Paris III-Sorbonne Nouvelle (France). Research interests include French gastronomy, food and restaurant French, wine culture and language.
